RCMI Ministries
RCMI is a multi-cultural, bilingual network of churches and
ministries. Affiliated members join in the vision to partnership
and collaborate with each other as competent ministers of a New
Covenant of grace to extend God' kingdom into the nations.
We are an apostolic network under the leadership of Apostle Dr.
Yenan Silen-Perez and Pastor Juan Perez-Reyna.
We offer membership to ministries, churches or individuals that
share our vision, beliefs. We are not offering financial support.
We are committing with committed minister to share fellowship,
support, knowledge, wisdom, revelation and leadership.

Apostles and the Apostolic Covering
The church is to be built on the foundation of the apostle and
prophets being Christ the center of the foundation, that is to be
Christ-centered (Ephesians 2:20). Getting out of this model is not
God's plan or design. However, the church has departed from God’
s model, thus, his purpose. What does God do? He sends His
apostles.
Ephesians 4:11 "And He gave some, apostles; and some,
prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and
teachers;"
Apostle come from the Greek word "apostolos" meaning a
delegate, one sent with full authority of legal representation to act
in place of another. This means that a true apostle has been
anointed with the grace to represent Christ, establish His
foundation, make correction and reveal the knowledge of God
word. An apostle goes in the name of God as if Christ himself is in
your presence. That is why an apostle can identify errors, make
corrections and establish the kingdom of God among the people.
Apostles are visionaries, thus they receive from God the vision for
the church according to each process of growth that the church is
manifesting. Apostle comes to administrate the church through
revealing God's order and lead the leaders of the church to build
on God's design. They establish structure and order, they
oversees ministries they are the first and most important gift for the
healthy function of the church. Without apostle we have a sick
church!

own locations, while receiving the
guidance, stability, educational
training, opportunities and Apostolic
guidance and care of Reconciliation
